Edward Yzaguirre
Edward Yzaguirre is a former Stinger Gunner with the United States Marine Corps with a Honorable Discharge and a retired New York City Detective with over twenty years of investigative experience. Inclusive of being a retired NYCPD Detective, Ed conducts confidential background checks, criminal and civil field investigations for over 25 years.
A twenty-year veteran of the New York City Police Department. He started his career on patrol in the 44th Precinct covering the South Bronx. He moved to the Organized Crime Control Bureau in Brooklyn North Narcotics where he initiated and conducted undercover investigations. He also gathered intelligence used to facilitate and implement search warrant proceedings. Ed went on to the 6th Precinct Detective Squad where he made high profile arrests including locating and arresting the stalker for actress, Uma Thurman.
Ed was also employed for the Suffolk County Board of Ethics where he conducted investigations necessary to carry out the provisions of the Suffolk County Administrative Codes. He reviewed financial disclosure statements for politicians and elected officials.
